We're excited to announce new partnerships with three community schools to implement practical AI workflows that reduce administrative burden on teachers and staff.
Supporting Teachers, Not Replacing Them
Teachers are overwhelmed. Between classroom instruction, lesson planning, student assessment, parent communication, and administrative requirements, many teachers spend evenings and weekends catching up on paperwork instead of preparing engaging lessons or taking care of themselves.
These partnerships are about changing that. Working with three schools in our community, we're implementing AI workflows that handle routine administrative tasks — grading support, attendance tracking, communication templates, and scheduling — so teachers can focus on what they do best: teaching.
What the Partnerships Include
Over the next six months, we're working with each school to:
- Audit current workflows: Map the administrative tasks that consume the most time
- Implement AI automation: Build practical workflows using tools the schools already use
- Train staff: Help teachers and administrators understand and use the workflows confidently
- Measure impact: Track time saved and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support scalability: Help the schools adapt workflows to their specific needs and context
What Teachers Are Saying
"The automated grading support tool has already saved me an hour each evening. That's time I can spend planning better lessons or just taking care of myself." — Sarah M., High School Teacher
"I was worried AI would feel impersonal, but this tool uses language and tone that matches how I naturally communicate with students and parents. It's just making my work easier, not changing my voice." — Michael T., Elementary School Administrator
Why This Matters
Teacher burnout is a crisis. Across the country, experienced teachers are leaving the profession because the administrative load has become unsustainable. AI should not be about cutting teaching positions — it should be about giving teachers their time and energy back.
These partnerships are proof of concept. If we can help three schools reduce administrative burden while improving teaching quality, we can share what we learn with other schools and organizations facing the same challenges.
Next Steps
We'll be sharing case studies and learnings as these partnerships progress. Stay tuned for updates on what's working, what challenges we've encountered, and how we're adapting the approach to fit each school's unique needs.
If your school or organization is interested in exploring similar partnerships, we'd love to talk. Let's find practical ways to use AI to support your people and your mission.
